There's many ways you can create eyebrows for your cosplay. Drawing them on with makeup and shaping them is one way. Another way is to create your own with wig hair!

First, create a pattern that matches the eyebrow shape of your character. Draw it on a piece of paper and cut.
Trace the drawn eyebrow on a piece of cotton fabric. Ideally, it should be close the color of your wig, but if it's not you can color a white piece of cotton with sharpie. This will provide a background color that doesn't show through as much.
Once you have your wig, you can trim a few strands from the base of the neck or use any wig hairs that you may have trimmed off while styling. Slick the wig hairs on a piece of paper with Got2B Glued until it's nice and flat. Be careful to not use too much Got2B Glued otherwise it'll be difficult to attach to glue.
While the wig hairs are still geled together, hot glue the hair the fabric eyebrow drawn earlier. Then, trim the wig hairs down and slick them in the direction you would like.

Cut the fabric down to the correct shape.
As the wig hairs dry, you can trim the eyebrows and shape them further. When you're satisfied, you can attach them to your face with spirit gum.

Remember to get spirit gum remover so when you want to take off the eyebrows you've made you won't pluck out your real eyebrows.
