Wefting is the process of attaching wig hair to a strip that can be attached to a wig. To start off, you'll need a pack of loose hair extensions, scissors, sharpies [if necessary], some cotton fabric, and a large tooth hair comb. Open the pack of wig extensions, and carefully brush out the extensions with the wig comb. |

Keeping the hair tied together will make it easier when working with it. If necessary, you can color the hair with the sharpie before wefting your extensions. |

Cut the cotton fabric into a long, thin rectangle. It's best to have the fabric in the same color as the wig hairs, but you can always color the fabric with the same sharpie if needed. Start by gluing one end of the tied extensions to the fabric. Be sure not to use too much glue so it's not too stiff. |

Fold the fabric over the extensions and add a second layer of glue to secure the wig hairs. You can do this a third time if necessary. |

Trim the rest of the fabric. You can create more extensions if necssary. |

Now it's time to attach your wefts! The best way to do it is to sew in the extensions to the base of the wig. It's best to handsew the wefts since it'll be easiest to control the positions of the wefts. Make any necessary adjustments, and you should be set! |
